This film shows shots of the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus performance in 1967, location of this event is unknown but possibly the Michigan/Wisconsin area.
The Ringling Bro. and Barnum & Bailey Circus nicknamed The Greatest Show on Earth. The show started in 1871
The Ringlings bought Barnum & Bailey Greatest Show on Earth and would run it separately from the circus until 1919
As of recent the show has come back from 6 year hiatus in 2023 without the animals included in the shows

My guess would be Mexico City, Mexico. Because of the outfits worn by the handlers. Very interesting.
