Robert Brian plays the Bosphorus Black Pearl and Master Vintage ride cymbals demo.

Here is a new Bosphorus demonstration clip from UK endorser Robert Brian. The cymbal setup consists of Master Vintage 20" ride and a Black Pearl 20" ride with 14" Black Pearl hats.
In this clip Rob starts with the traditional jazz way and then starts to explore the different sounds and characteristics of both rides at different volumes and tempo's.
Robert says: "The drummers who seek that Tony Williams ride sound need look no further!!"
Rob has played with: Siouxsie Sioux, Simple Minds, Miles Kane, Peter Gabriel, Andy Partridge, Innes Sibun, Deep Six, Hugh Cornwell.

Excellent sticking. Both have good attack, with the BP being brighter. I am about to replace one of three 1960s Zildjians (22+20+20). I am guessing the BP would be your first purchase go-to in this case since it is voiced higher than my vintage "A" rides. Yet, that MV has incredible soul.

i have the master vintage ride i wonder if buying bp crashes would go well with the mv 20" ride cymbal i have ?

Buy the 22" mv ride as light as you can find it and use your 20" as a crash😁

The Vintage is viewer right, the BP, on the left over the floor tom. I have them both, and are superb.
