Very entertaining! i’m actually glad the show is as bad as it is so that it will never be mistaken for Tolkien or for canon. I feel kind of bad for the Star Wars fans who hate the sequel trilogy with all their hearts but still consider it canon for some reason. I choose not to because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the OT anymore. 😁

The world they are creating is so childish. Like a ten year old read lotr and wanted to write his own fiction about it without any real understanding of the source material. It's sad, and it's also insulting.

I suspect a 10 year old who is capable of enjoying the Lord of the rings books will have a better understanding than these writers do. I can’t imagine an actual fan portraying Galadriel in this horrible way, for example.

​@@dronesclubhighjinksOh, yes Galadriel is the biggest victim of the series. I love these videos about ROP, but I'm worried that name is going to be spoiled for when I watch actual LOTR. She's so devine in there, so mysterious and in ROP so disappointing.

Here is what I do: I choose to disregard this mutated version of a beautiful ethereal unknowable character correctly interpreted from JRRT by PJ and iconically portrayed by Cate B. I refuse to allow “entertainment for modern audiences” interfere with what I love. I discovered this choice because it was either that or saying bye-bye to my ever enjoying LOTR, Star Wars OT, Star Trek, etc again. And that would mean the people who trashed the source material will have succeeded in spoiling it for me. NOPE!! 😝
