Rings of Saturn is a classic to achieve the WTF?!? moment. These guys are incredible instrumentalists. There are play-through videos and they even went on tour. Jared Dines had some beef with them, because he somehow said they would cheat / playback-mimic in live concerts, based on a video that actually does not back up this statement. Well, one guitarist showed in a video, that he is actually capable of playing these insane lines live - "This is my job." LOL. Crazy band, scifi core, somehow. Ooooooh, and while we are at it: Please react to Cypecore: "Dreamsmasher". Awesome German melodic death metal. You guys will love it. Pretty sure.

RoS originally started as a Deathcore band and has at this point evolved into one of the best tech metal bands in the game them JFAC and Cattle Decapitation are some notables to move outta the core genre and progress into something crazier

If you want to check out some of the more melodic side to rings of saturn, then look into their last album "gidim". Songs like "mental prolapse" and "the husk". That's what sold me on them, and then I started to enjoy all the alien guitar work after.

@@That_Mox_Guy The breakdown at the end of the song. The way he pronounces the pull the trigger part makes me cringe every time. It's very comedic.
