Great stuff. Newly released 1960 FB Holden models in the showroom as well as still Black and White photos of earlier FC models later. Just noticed the Bill Patterson Cooper F1 spec racing car in front of the FC Holden's. This part of Ringwood still much the same as I knew it in the eighties.

it is almost unrecognizable today with the ugly multi storied buildings gone is Bill Patterson gone is the bowling alley among other buildings I Lived in the area from 1970 till 2017 I visit family that still live in the Ringwood Croydon area

Likely the usual daily wagon load of brown coal briquettes that nearly everyone used for heating and often cooking and hot water. So many stations had goods yards where the main traffic was this form of coal. Used by industry too.

Yes on 3UZ. But I definitely remember it being on Sunday morning then again early Sunday afternoon. An episode used to be on KZbin but taken down but now back up The show read out Police reports giving the full name and address of those charged or died in traffic crashes. With about four times as many fatalities each Saturday night into Sunday morning back in the sixties.
