RINKS AROUND THE LEAGUE | Prudential Center

We head to Newark New Jersey to visit the Prudential Center, home of the New Jersey Devils. It's a newer rink that already has some 'shocking' history!

I was in NYC from Seattle on business last February. Luckily the Kraken were playing the Devils and -as a single ticket purchase-i was able to nab a second row "Zamboni Seat" for $180 (which was All inclusive). That narrow row single seat next to the Zamboni doors was Incredible! With the Hyundai Club right at the top of the Stairs. As someone who NEVER spends that much on a Sporting Event (at Yankee Stadium i buy the "Standing" seat and try to sit in the last row of top level looking straight down left field line from home plate) i would gladly pay for that "Zamboni Row" Single seat again. Great Experience

The rock is my favorite place in the world, the atmosphere is always amazing, they play some great tunes, the people there are so great, there isn’t a bad seat in the house, and I always feel so safe and welcome there, it’s just an all around amazing place, LETS GO DEVILS!!!!

I Don't Like The NJ Devils As a Philadelphia Flyers Fan But The Prudential Center Was a Nice NHL Arena in 2018 I Hope I See Another Flyers Devils Game in Newark NJ Again in The Future!

how does it compare to Meadowlands Arena? I remember the Christmas (Red, White, and Green) color scheme with Chico Resch in net, Chris Terreri also played in net, Kirk Muller.

alk61695 Barclays Center is a basketball arena. It was never meant for hockey. Either way, I went to my first hockey game last week and I don’t see why the hate. New York is Rangers town. Even at their arena in Long Island, the Islanders still do low numbers. Don’t blame the arena for poor attendance, blame the multiple owners for putting a shit product since the 90s. Not a Rangers fan. I just started getting into hockey and don’t know which of the three to support. Although I know it comes down to the Islanders and Devils. I can’t see myself paying a lot of money to see the Rangers.

I'd love to. But unless I get sponsored for that one I don't think it's feasible. The NHL ones I'm doing because I've already been to all of them and gathered all my info. It's not fair for me to have an opinion on places I haven't seen in person.

yeah it's a graphic pack you can buy from Envato. Apparently it's used by a few teams. But I've purchased the graphic kit hence the credit at the end of the video.

@@mr.devil9577 you realise that when Pittsburgh got Crosby, they hadn't made the playoffs in a few years, since they were really bad, and had they won the 2004 lottery, they would have never gotten Crosby in the first place. Long story short, the reason why they won was because they had very high odds on winning since non-playoff teams had much more of a chance to win, especially if they had missed the playoffs for several seasons, also, had it not been for Mario Lemieux, Pittsburgh might not be here and Crosby may be playing on a different team rn, so I don't get why you think Pittsburgh got the cups by tainting it, it would be a lot more obvious if they rigged it

Ranger fans love getting into pissing contests over attendance. All I know is less people showing up allows me to spend less on my ticket. That, plus witnessing my team win multiple Stanley Cups. Sounds like a win/win to me.

I'm a lifetime Devils fan with aspirations to see a game at every arena in the league. I'm up to 10 so far, and sadly, The Rock ranks at the bottom of my list. Worst food, worst branding in the concourse, no in-game personalities during breaks in the play (at the game I was at , at least) not enough video monitors in the concourse so you just stand in the tunnel waiting for an usher to let you by, and if you arent one of the first couple of people in line, you don't see anything. I expected more, I wanted more, but I was honestly just left disappointed.

Ah that's too bad. What 10 have you been to? Prudential isn't the worst, but definitely not the best. I'll reveal my top10 after I wrap up the rinks but Prudential isn't in my top 10 for sure. Whats the best rink you've been to so far?
