1) Reanimations are always weaker than the alive versions. 2) Hashirama could not move because of those black chakra rods Madara had impaled in his back. Madara was making his own chakra flow through Hashirama's body via those rods (that hand-sign after his rebirth was for this exact purpose), disturbing his chakra network and thus restricting his movements. Both Hashirama and Madara basically immobilized each other.

You're right but it depends on how you look at it. having infinite chakra can make certain characters more dangerous like Itachi who has chakra issues.

@@01Zenaku01 infinite as in infinite reservoir of chakra. But limited in how much they can use for a given jutsu. You could spam fireball jutsus for infinity but they'd be smaller than the ones that would be used if that person was alive. That's my basic understanding.

The reason he could go up against Sasuke was because he took and mastered Sage Mode in that small instance when he took it from Hashirama. He is using Sage mode to sense everything and at the same time it strengthened all his attacks. The sensory abilities of Sage mode are no joke, both Jaraiya and Naruto have used Sage mode when in low/no visibility.

I think he doesn't master it in a literal sense cause he doesn't even change, to me at least is like there is such a huge part of him that is Hashirama right now that he has nearly his same affinity and proficiency. That would be also why his Hashirama head is the one that enters Sage Mode.

@@putriamanda8241 Hagoromo didn't give him Rinnegan. This is common misconception. He gave him just the moon seal and somewhat sped up the Rinnegan process. Madara awakened the Rinnegan when he was on death bed and had implanted Hashirama cells. Similarly Sasuke was also on death bed when Kabuto healed him with Hashirama cells.

To be honest Madara overestimated himself by thinking that he could deal with Obito with the Ten tails inside him. Obito could have used his truth seeking orbs and destroy Madara's body and it would have not restroded, like with Minato's arm. Also he could have defend himself with those orbs as well against practically anything.

I only was remarking that maybe in this fictional dicotomy that we are to serve sentence till society considers you attoned for your sins and afterwards do what you want with your life could be considered the "easy and coward way" due to how you would live as even you didn't give importance to your crimes nor recognise you were wrong (as sometimes can happen in real life too) while the other option would imply a sacrifice to try to undo some of your mistakes which could be considered till some extent if you let me use this expression "brave". At least you would have done something to try to improve the situation and show actual change or remorse. Nonetheless this kind of situation is not one we could experience in our lives so we wouldn't know how to actual confront it. You could be right by the way I also thought it sometimes that maybe Obito by this time feels such desperation for his situation, depression for the world and shame for who he has become that he chooses a suicidal route which by our common connotations could be considered the "easy way out of all this."

Looking at his speech and his innerself of that time on top of his relation with Madara at that moment, I'm pretty sure that even if they don't confirm directly to us his actual choice, his use of Rinne Rebirth was originally with the intention of bringing a positive change to the world (we don't know exactly how but we can guess), not a negative one. That's why I also think Black Zetsu was needed at the end to force the jutsu the other way around. If both Madara and Black Zetsu weren't thinking they were about to be betrayed (and they are pretty intuitive individuals, both of them on each own) they wouldn't have followed that course of action.

You are underestimating both Obito and Madara. Madara and Zetsu also underestimated Obito, and thought they will stop him before he becomes 10 tail, if he ever tries to betray them with seal. As 10tail Jinchuriki Obiyo didn't even used like 50%( I'm being kind here again) of potential a Jubi Jinchuriki has as he was always going little easy on shinobi alliance to see Naruto growth and confirm his ways being right or not. Even if Madara takes Sage chakra from Hashirama. It won't do much too Obito. As still Obito can fully teleport himself in kamui, even if he can't become intangible anymore. And anyway Jubito is fastest,strongest,most durable and strongest and absolutely above every character at that point in everything no matter what. Technically Obito is mirror image of Madara just little weaker. Afterall Madara taught him everything. That why just in 1 year time he was able to fight Minato. Madara was seem to lose to edo Hashirama, but it wasn't the case he was just waiting for right moment and was playing with Hashirama. Also he was getting help from others. Coz not even once we saw Edo Madara using Rinnegan abilities+Wood style against Edo Hashirama and tbh if he wanted he could have immobilized edo Hashirama already with black rods. But he was just playing coz he was already aware of things around him. And yeah also don't trust Edo Hashirama's statements about Madara. He dont know a thing about Madara after he betrayed village. He is not all knowing God. He is just character who knows limited amount of things. Like think logically and reasonably. EMS Madara = Uchiha blooline + EMS + peak power in first life + Mortal Body with worries of injury,chakra reserve,stamina,etc. Now, Edo Madara = Uchiha bllodline + SenjuBloodline boost + (Hashirama's cells boost to body in everything = more stronger body than alive EMS Madara) + Wood style + EMS boosted from Senju bloodline + kekkei Genkai Rinnegan + six path level + Immortal body with no of mortal restrictions. So Edo Madara >> EMS Madara (the version of Madara that Hashirama saw last time before his temporary death) Edo Hashirama
