Moscow mules in Brazil are different! Brazilians don’t much care for ginger beer, so it’s a little hard to find it. They use a ginger whipped cream instead to replace the ginger beer. In case anyone is wondering why it had whipped cream on it. If you want to beat the crowd at Christ the redeemer I recommend going early in the week (mon-wed) first thing in the morning right as they are about to open, around 10:00 am the travel tours start to arrive crowding the whole place up. Sugar loaf Mt. you should go at sunset (amazing). Around the same area I would visit the navy fort!

Thank you for that explanation! When I was editing, I noticed myself incorrectly translating my cousin saying “ginger” to “ginger beer”, thinking that must be what she meant because that’s what’s in a traditional Mule. I realize now that she just meant “ginger”. I thought the foam was excellent! Hope we can someday start using it here in the states!

What an amazing and beautiful place Rio is wow. The view of the beach at night was incredible but the view from Christ the Redeemer is breathtaking. Food all looked so delicious too! Totally want to visit Brazil one day now.
