Btw, he could not win any domestic league more than once, let alone win it back to back. Not even with one of the greatest squads of all time when he was at Milan. Imagine having Maldini, Nesta, Kaka, Cafu, Shevchenko, Pirlo, Seedorf, Redondo, Costacurta, Rivaldo, Rui Costa, Crespo, Stam, Dida and winning only one Serie A title. Don Carlo isn't the best tactician around but he knows how to adapt. Not an innovator, but he is indeed someone that can develop the best of relationships with the players (you rarely see players falling out with him, as with Pep or Jose) and get the best of the big stars of the team. That should also be considered a great quality for a coach.

9:15 Ronaldinho you play from the winger, not from 10. More freedom for him. Play to his strength. I'd probably play Seedorf on 10 see he has less defending to do. Gattuso as CDM and then Pirlo and Lampard, though Pirlo I'd see more as a 10 as well. maybe Seedorf and Pirlo changing whenever they want. they are both highly intelligent players. So to me if you'd have a Ronaldinho type of player you don't play 4-4-2... you play 4-4-3. Unlesssss you play play Ronaldinho as a nr 9 or 11 with a free role. Don't think Ronaldinho really stuck to position/roles/rules anyway...

Pirlo is the greatest non attacking player I've seen. To be fair I began watching the sport in like 2004 so Zidane was already about to retire whereas I watched pirlo ball for 10 years. I think ancelotti is the same. He got Zidane but in terms of the quality he enjoyed coaching he really won more titles thanks to pirlo kaka seedorf and modric.
