On a trip to Ilha Grande years ago , we had a beach dog follow us around for the day, from the village of Abråao to Lopes Mendes beach and back by the local boat. Everyone in the village knew the dog "Bobby" I see there are many subscribers who are happy , as we are, to see you back in Brazil. So much more to explore in Brazil and share with us!

Yes Paraty Mirim is very nice calm and quiet, when it rains the dirt road part can be a bit challenging to drive though, very slippery. Another nice place for a day trip is Praia Grande, 30 minutes north of Paraty, a small fishing village. A few nice beach restaurants where you can watch the fishing boat activity.

Wow, you got a very nice place to stay with a beautiful garden. I really want to spend some time travelling in Brazil but I just speak English, don't know portuguese. So I am wondering how you communicate with people specially when you travel in the country side, finding transport, getting food in s resturant and and checking into hotel etc. I really appreciate any advice.

Just don't be shy, speak with your hands and possibly use a cell phone translator. lol It won't be a problem. Just learn: Eu não sei falar português. That means: I don’t know how to speak Portuguese.

Great video as always! By the way, paradiso is not Spanish. Paradiso is Italian. In Spanish the word is paraíso, same as in Portuguese (except maybe in Portuguese it has no tilde, accent mark). Cheers.
