proper fire prevention on a jobsite. No dust, no flammable anything, proper work area ventilation and fire suppression on site so these things never happen

A Fire boat would not have helped. Look there's a pool in between the Riverwalk and the house. Closer in front and couldn't save much. More of a need for a forest helicopter dropping from right above. Not feasible in the city tho.
