Rion, your channel is a lesson on how to build a community. Not followers. Not subscribers. But a community of people who all align in thoughts and needs. By staying true to your craft, you've attracted and retained people who feel happy with what you provide to us. In business terms, your MOAT is this community that you've so diligently crafted. That's why, in my mind, you tower above every other Japan vloggers.

Wow! Finally, we got to see the GAO HQ 😂 Thank you so much Rion for showing it to us despite the current situation of your unit. We really appreciate it. 😊👍 I have to say that the GAO HQ’s unit layout is pretty good because there are less “corners”, so it’ll be easy for you to arrange the furniture. 😊Also, I need to say that you’re doing a good job in organising of your home. I am happy that you got lighter shades of brown for your furniture because it really goes well with the color of your flooring and your wall. Also, it’s a good choice of color for the curtains and for your bed cover, which is color Gray. It is a good contrast for the browns and whites. That’s why if you want to add a “pop of color” like blue and yellow, there’s nothing to worry about it 😉 That’s why I don’t believe you when you said that you’re not good on this stuff! You have a hidden talent for this kind of stuff, Rion hahaha! And to answer your question in regards with furniture shopping, well, I love going to the furniture stores to see what are new designs available and to get more inspiration for my future projects. I feel “giddy” when I see mulit-functional furniture because in today’s trend, there are many opted to get condominiums than a house so I need to look for all the options that can save space. Also, I appreciate furniture shopping (and window shopping 😂) than going to the home depots and to do fixtures and finishing materials shopping 😂 About the Mt. Fuji Challenge, if you feel that there’ll be a complications in terms of your schedule, we will understand if you’re going to postpone it again. What more important is that you’re fully prepared when you do this challenge because it’s not that easy. You need to prepare not only for the things you need to bring but your mind and body as well. 😊 Again Rion, thank you so much for showing to us your new home aka the GAO HQ even though it’s not yet fully arranged and for giving us a tour in Nitori! I hope I can control myself if ever I’ll go there to check the items they have 😂 Take care always and God bless! 😊 🙏 P.S. You look kakkoi in your eyeglasses! 👍 👍 👍 (or should I say Tiger-sensei looks kakkoi? 😂 just kidding! ✌️)

I felt “giddy” when I saw “Nitori” in this video title! 🤩 P.S. Yes, kakkoii! 🤓 Not hazukashii (embarrassing) at all. (But I have to admit… I think Tiger-sensei’s Ray-Ban frames are… a bit better than Amazon’s. 🙃)

Although not completely furnichured the appartment looks nice and clean in spite of the current circumstances. I do hope that after the wallpapers have been changed the unpleasant odour has gone, too, so that the rest of votka bottle might be used for future coctails while having " kampai" parties in the future. I like your glasses very much while adding a lot to your even more charming look. As this type of glasses suits you so well, try to find similar among various Ray Ban styles. As for the problem of sliding glasses you should heat the both enfs a little bit and than bend it so they might better fit under your ears. As for me you should not force yourself to climb Mt. Fuji sun this year because due to the all the recent stresses related to renting and furnishing the appartment you have lost pretty much of shape you used to work out before and you should therefore restart with it, but doing such a preparation in rush is no good even dangerous. You better postpone hiking up there to the August next year. As have you mentioned there were 5 earthquakes in this region, so that till the next time it will be evident if the volcano will awake or not. I presume that it would be interesting for you to make a volcano vlog, but if so - better from a far. Nobody of your Gao-Comunity would insist on climbing up there if unsafe, I am sure of that. You better take some time to try the new equipment for livestreaming from home which will be something new to watch. It will be in the end more comfortable for you to do it under AC conditions than outside on "MOSHO" summer days. Looking forward so eagarly to that. For a change keep on sitting and chatting at first and than of course cooking and eating - having parties. By the way, where is the "huge" refrigirator ? It should have been already delivered. Right? GAOOOO!!!!

Once you get settled, you can change up some of you bed linens to made large pillows. It will make your bed look like a sofa. Seems like you’ll have everything you need. Very cute apartment. Ps….
