One more time Rio 👍 That front taper section 😃 I would add one more thing to a running line, specially for those newbies that start fishing at night or low light conditions, either a kind of bump, a change of texture or a small section of glow in the dark coating exactly where the hang-over should be and stop the retrieve ready for the next cast, I fish a lot at dusk or low light in the surf and, I usually do a kink or bending in the mono or coating running line no problem for me nowadays. Excellent job Rio! I will give it a try 100% Thank you for make fly fishing a bit easier one season at the time and keep bumping the game to the next level.

Mono running line has very low friction, giving it the ability to shoot farther than standard running lines.

So if i have a Scandi short veristip can I load this shooting line and add the Scandi line or would it be better just having this line on its own. Also with the Scandi short would a normal running line do the job instead. As these lines are quite expensive I didnt want to purchase anything more than what I needed? Thanks in advance.

A normal running line will definitely do the job. The scandi short, you can load with running line to add, also.

With a 575 skagit power head should I use the .032 or the .037?

.037, either would work, but we find with the power heads, the .037 tends to match better. Thanks!
