The Q gives 25% attack speed and kept resetting on the turret, if intended that makes Skarner a surprisingly good turret shredder. Also pretty sure riftmaker is gonna be pretty good on him with all the health he will have

Its the only thing he needs really. Everything else scales on HP, which he's gonna have a ton of anyway, and the Rift makes sure his ult can also do some damage by converting that into AP, plus with how tanky he is now paired with his burn he'll be in combat a good while meaning Rift's Omnivamp will keep him alive even longer

That ult near the end into MF Bullet time was absolutely disgusting. This rework looks really strong - he has mobility, lots of crazy angles, damage, and his ult (although harder to hit) can be 100% game changer. Loving it.

Abyssal would probably be good. With those items, the passive burn, and the w damage maybe? Abyssal magic reduction scales with HP so would be easy to hit the 25 cap reduction.

Spirit Visage would have probably been the ideal last item It amplifies the shielding from your W and Fimbulwinter and the healing from Unending Despair. Either that or Jak'Sho just to ramp up more tank stats.

The rock duration resets everytime skarner attacks something, not just the tower. You can observe this in the jungle video
