The Q gives 25% attack speed and kept resetting on the turret, if intended that makes Skarner a surprisingly good turret shredder. Also pretty sure riftmaker is gonna be pretty good on him with all the health he will have

Its the only thing he needs really. Everything else scales on HP, which he's gonna have a ton of anyway, and the Rift makes sure his ult can also do some damage by converting that into AP, plus with how tanky he is now paired with his burn he'll be in combat a good while meaning Rift's Omnivamp will keep him alive even longer

The rock duration resets everytime skarner attacks something, not just the tower. You can observe this in the jungle video

Just noticed, Rito should have changed the number of tails, based on the lvl of the ult. Start with 2, then 3 when getting the first lvl for his ult, 4 then 5. Late game Skarner should be able to grab 'em all, lol.
