It's actually slowed down, just it used full-step (1 beat for a kick) instead of half-step (2 beat for 1 kick) as a transition from dubstep drums to a slightly break-kish drums.

So they shut down the machine, (Operation Overkill) which is the big skull in the background of the cover art. So if I’m correct the song order goes Overkill, where they are faced with the big huge robot sent to “KILL THEM ALL!” And it was sent to kill them because they are rebelling against a government force, then The Mob because they talk about stopping the machine, then Disorder where they have already stopped Overkill and are getting closer to the end of what I can assume a civil war between the “resistance” and a government type group.
