@@DeborahHazel-y6g Everything is corrupt unbalanced unjust .This is quite long but true My bullmastiff was sized from the back of my car. I had been arrested for a motoring nonsense. I was assaulted by a Pc Jackson.Once I was handcuffed . Says it all And the Van driver showed me my dogs lead and I quote this orrificer' this is the last thing you will see of your dog. I was bailed to return Without my dog who totally innocent of any crime. I rung for my dog dozen of times no joy. So I went down to the station after a few weeks spoke to a inspector about the assault on me by Pc jackson. I left the station and within minutes I was arrested by Pc jackson. I actually cannot remember what for. But it was petty for sure. Now we get back to the station and I have a little chat with Pc jackson.. I had to make him understand that if my dog died whilst they had him. He would be next. The next I get a call saying I can pick my dog up at plumstead police station. I arrive at the station, then im taking back to the kennels and there's a identical dog to mine. 1 big problem with that is it wasn't my dog. The old bill were shocked and asked how i knew. My dog had a tiny piece of ear missing . So now the police tell me they will deliver my dog tonight. About half past 9 at night my misses says come home quick as my dog had been delivered, but she said he cannot stand. I get to my Dog a 9 stone Mastiff. My dog now looks as thin as a greyhound his tongue was sticking out of his head he had urine burns to his chest he was unable to stand. Our police kept a large dog in a small kennel in the back of a Volkswagen passat estate dog section . Without water food or enough room to stand. He literally was pissing on himself because he was cramped into small box. RSPCA would not press charges on the police. But if they found my dog in that state and it was me to blame . Dam sure I would've been nicked. There's a Video of Police assaulting me under my name. Funny its called police out of control. The rights of citizens during an eviction process can vary based on local laws and regulations, but generally include the following: Proper Notice: Tenants must receive proper written notice of eviction, which includes the reason for eviction and the time they have to vacate the property. The notice period can vary depending on the jurisdiction and the reason for eviction (e.g., non-payment of rent, lease violation). Legal Process: Evictions must go through a legal process. This typically involves the landlord filing a lawsuit and obtaining a court order before forcibly removing tenants. Self-help evictions (e.g., changing locks, removing tenant's belongings) are illegal. Right to Defend: Tenants have the right to defend themselves in court against eviction. They can present evidence, call witnesses, and argue their case before a judge. Common defenses include improper notice, retaliatory eviction, or breach of lease terms by the landlord. Stay of Eviction: In some cases, tenants can request a stay of eviction, which temporarily halts the eviction process. This can be granted for various reasons, such as the need for additional time to relocate or if there are issues with the eviction notice. Protection from Retaliation: Tenants are protected from retaliatory eviction if they have exercised their legal rights, such as reporting health and safety violations or joining a tenants' union. Right to Repairs: Even during an eviction process, landlords are required to maintain the property in a habitable condition. Tenants can request necessary repairs and may have additional defenses if the landlord fails to address significant maintenance issues. Right to Appeal: Tenants may have the right to appeal an eviction decision, depending on the jurisdiction. This involves taking the case to a higher court for review. Financial Assistance and Legal Aid: Tenants facing eviction may be eligible for financial assistance programs or legal aid services. These can help with rental arrears or provide legal representation. Personal Belongings: After an eviction, tenants generally have the right to retrieve their personal belongings. The process and timeframe for reclaiming items can vary, and landlords may be required to store belongings for a certain period. Alternative Dispute Resolution: In some cases, mediation or arbitration services may be available to help tenants and landlords resolve disputes without going to court.
