because he braindead right clicks on kled when kled has his W up, where most of his damage comes from, and always gives him enough of his passive to mount again, he should've let him activate it then backed off to let him waste the cooldown, being one item ahead doesn't mean you can turn off your brain

Yea late game noc can get rolled, but you can fear and peel carriers, block abilities body and w, CC blind enemies on R (picking noc guarantees highest cc score in the game basically)
