game developer here: I think whats happening is that when sett ults, the champion he is ulting is parented under him, meaning that it moves only in relation to him, and then the target is unparented again when he lands. I think that when tahm kench spits out a champion, it returns it to the same parent it was under when he ate it- so if tham eats the target while it is parented under Sett, it will return to that state, when he spits it out, over writing the "un parenting" which happens when sett ult ends :D thats at least my theory! interesting stuff
