This is what New Vegas would've more then likely had if they were allowed the full scope they wanted. The Mojave brotherhood having an exodus to the northeastern wastes to escape the NCR and Legion, probably developing a more cruel, survivalist bent. Taking all equipment they can and only recruiting those who surrender and aren't mutated. The divide would be cruel but without NCR and Legion influence they could eventually claim the whole region. Not to mention if they get ahold of the nuclear devices... they could eventually take revenge as well. 8:38 weakest mojave brotherhood member

if Col. Hardin was in command, that IS how they would be. they become very aggressive if he takes command of the Brotherhood. that being said, i have to agree that the Brotherhood isnt in the scope of what Obsidian had planned for NV. i personally want to Mod and add in Brotherhood quests across the Mojave, which would bring Scouts to every town, masquerading as citizens, you would have to talk to someone inside the Brotherhood base in order to get the password that'll get the Scouts to open up to you. each Scout will have a quest for you that either revolves around the Town or somewhere nearby it. it will of course be related to Technology, the Brotherhood of the West Coast arent heroes like Lyon's East Coast chapter, after all.

But hey riot, when i did the tfc all that, some of the NPCs attacked my character while i was freecam do you know why? Is it the reputation?

Yeah your character is still there so they will attack. You can either go into the geck and make the faction non hostile or in game you can use TCL to toggle collision and go into an object big enough to hide your character like a Boulder, Cliffside, or sometimes even under the ground.

How are you getting such amazing performance? I have a very nice pc and larger battles in New vegas have massive fps drops for me. Any advice would be deeply appreciated!!

Hmm, the only mods I use that affect performance is the newest version of NVSE, 4GB launcher, and new vegas anti crash (NVAC). I hope this helps!

@RiotNpcBattles Okay I have all those. I'm starting to think it's because i played the frontier for a bit. Now when I'm back in the Mojave my fps just drops. It's actually all the time whether there's npcs around or not. Very strange problem. I'll try reinstalling the game I guess. I know new vegas has a pretty bad cpu bottleneck. I wish we could fix that.
