Lore-wise they probably would have authorization codes and what-not for activating or de-activating parts of the lab and wouldn't need to do more than a small fraction of the fighting that takes place in this video. Other than dealing with Doctor Mobius' robots and Mobius himself they'd probably have zero problems with the place until they get to the area with the experiment that Vault 22 would eventually do unless you include the barely-a-threat Lobotomites. If they didn't incinerate the whole place while wearing air filtration equipment or robots they'd probably have an outbreak of their own.
