This is not only an excellent cover that keeps the meaning of the original song while being very different in tone, but is also a fantastic song on its own. I like how the lyrics can be interpreted differently: it seems to be about romantic love if you haven't seen the anime, but in the context of FMA:B it's clearly about the platonic sibling love of Al and Ed.

I'm not really a fan of English-translated anime songs but this made me watched till the end. I dunno maybe because he sang it in his version rather than copy the style of the original, which is much better for me, I guess. I mean, no one can top over an original, let alone singing it with the same style, like what the others do.

I think one big difference is that that he didn't directly translate the lyrics in the way that many English covers tend to do. It might not be quite as faithful to the original Japanese, but the tradeoff is that it sounds a lot more natural, almost as though it was originally written in English. The original arrangement also definitely helps.

The best translation is, to watch the whole show and understand it. And this guy really done it, i guess. They does not only translate it, but interprets the whole songs originality. And I think, his translation is much more accurate than translation provided by interpreters of the song.

Day 33 - The sky is clear today. I watched Demon Slayer season 1 and mugen train movie in a single go. I haven't slept. My eyes are red and watery . Right now birds are chirping, a gentle cold wind is blowing , sun is out,butterflies are flying everywhere, red and yellow colored flowers have blossomed and our dog is sleeping. It is peaceful. The weather is always best after a thunderstorm .I can sit here for 2 more hours . Now I have to live in a city and I have come to understand the beauty of my home . Such a lovely lovely place. Stress takes over our minds when we become adults. Kids are so carefree , enjoying everything while adults keep on fighting. A certain someone in our neighborhood had to be admitted in the hospital due to covid. Right now I am listening to last train home and it is really fitting in this situation . I haven't watched jojo. Aurarian dance by Nujabes is also very good to listen to on a warm sunny day . During winters,the thing that I enjoyed the most was the warmth of sun rays on my cheeks. Nujabes died in a car crash but his music still lives . After spending 10 to 12 hours in front of a screen it is really soothing to look at trees. The green color gives freshness to my eyes .Aurarian dance has a chill vibe to it . I bet it would be best to listen to it on a beach with a drink in hand . Evangalion is also ending with the release of 4.0 . All of Samurai Champloo OST and Nujabes' tracks has that vibe to them . Now I am listening to Shiki no Uta. I ate sandwiches . Those who live in countries with rich vegetation are so lucky . I started playing in past few days . It is helping me to avoid a sedentary lifestyle. It freshens me . If we were able to see infrared radiations then we would have been instantly able to detect animals in the dark. I believe that everyone has happy ,good memories associated with particular seasons . I shall, one day ,show you the snowy mountains that I see from my home . Kenshi Yonezu is a talented artist .I want an ice cream .I just want to keep on writing while listening to music . I shall write on some other day . Bye
