5 years later, it’s still nice coming back to this channel. Been a wild ride, hopped on the train around the time of Project M with Pokay and Sherwood, and I don’t regret it in the slightest. He was my first introduction to smash content and one of my first introductions to content production in general. Now here I am, 5 years later doing my annual check in and reliving some good memories. Ken, if you ever end up reading this, I just want to take this small moment to thank you, couldn’t have made it here without you. Stay frosty.

Always sad to see creators you once watched religious slowly disappear. Ken and Sherwood were both my introductions to the online smash bros scene, and watching their videos is what got me interested in competitive Smash Bros. I had already grown out of their channels by the time Ultimate released, but it was never because the content got worse, simply my tastes changing. Ken hasn’t really had an online presence since 2020, ignoring a tweet he made about Nairo early last year. Pokay is still around, but has long since moved away from Smash Bros content. Sherwood is the only one still making Smash Bros content, but his views have since tanked. He hasn’t released a video which reached 10k or higher in over a year (not that views matter necessarily, just something to note). I guess everyone has to move on eventually.
