I've seen Hickstead on several occasions. He was a miracle and I want to offer my deepest condolences to Eric Lamaze for his terrible loss. My prayers are with you and for Hickstead jumping again in better place and awaiting to meet his person once again. RIP Hickstead

Thanks so much for putting this video together. Anyone that says something negative should just shut up. Save it and don't post it. This horse was a hero to so many. He was a joy to watch and it broke my heart to hear of his passing. This video was so special and it shows him winning the last CNN which I watched on t.v. Thanks Mickeyboy1515. Great job.

Having a bond with an animal is the greatest thing in the world. Animals dont have any trouble but they're always willing to share yours with them. Everytime I see my parents dog we will have a little fight, I'm getting hurt, she only gets touched in her paws :) But she would never bite me for real so I can feel what this guy had with his horse...

@jumperchiky The possible trusting and loving bond between horse and human is something so special between both parties. It can save both your souls! Been there, done that, and I'm a better person for having loved and trusted that one little dappled palomino, wild and misunderstood Arab mare that inadvertently came into my wild and misunderstood life! We were Godsends to each other. She changed my life, and I changed hers. TRUST AND LOVE!!! The best medicine!

All of you who are just saying he was an ordinary horse what ever, i completely disagree no one knows the relationship between horse and rider till u actually own a horse. And this type of horse comes only 1 in 500 billion. And is worth more than You will ever own. So never say that a horse is just a horse, cuz a horse is so much more than that!
