the initial reactions might be like you said, but if you stop to think about, her magic power turned the time of countless billions of life forms back 1 minute with only her life, she turned back the entire planet, if not more. This is actually an insane feat by Ultear, that i think doesn't get enough props sometimes, even due to her reaction, but she achieved by far the most incredible feat in the anime thus far, leaving everything else in the dust.

Sorry but Ultear sacrifice her own time. I think there are two or three powerful wizards that will or can help her. Thats all i can say don't want to spoil those people, but i want to say those three possible characters that can return her.
