Wont logic suggest chords now or still need this ripchord? Scaler, rapid composer, captain chord epic? Orb?

No. Logic has no 'suggest' mode for chords. Scaler 2 does. Ripchord is a source for chord progressions from popular songs and used extensively with Ableton, and FL DAW users.
