Purchase details in description. No parts were damaged and over the coming weeks (months?) it will be re-assembled. Undoing a screw would have been far easier and faster but when I did that on the 17x17x17 I had issues replacing it later. It's very easy to mess up the thread.

It's a testament to how good this cube is given just how many pieces had to be taken out before it would fully fall apart. Having a piece pop on this thing probably would be really simple to fix, if it were to ever happen.

I admire your courage! This puzzle seems to be very stable, it took some serious effort to disassemble it. This is exactly the reason i'm following your channel. Doing things you don't see on other channels. The design and the build is mindblowing. I wonder what's still technically possible with these high order cubes. Thanks for sharing.

Most cubes are easier to take apart and reassemble if you don’t know how to solve it. But a 21x21 might be easier to just solve

Yes, if you know what you are doing. I needed to push the edge pieces to one side so they unhook from the lip on the middle edge. It's a standard way to disassemble all V-Cube style mechanisms.

Because it costs barely anything to assemble. A Chinese factory worker earning a few dollars would do it in a few hours. Maybe $20 at most saved.

easiest way: unscrew 1 center and turn it and its takes apart
