From someone that cuts huck bolts a LOT. Have the huck on the other side of the cutting wheel! Have it so if (when) the wheel grabs, it forces it's way OUT of the cut, not deeper. When I saw that first cut, I was not surprised to see the result. I hate Huck bolts as well. Awesome work and workmanship on the rest of the project!!!

Sean Fillner I have a plasma cutter. I’d like to say I didn’t want to blow hot slag all over next to the air lines. But in truth I was just being lazy and didn’t pull it off the shelf. :)

LMBO! No doubt. There is always the opportunity to do that. My preferred method is a hot torch for buck bolts. At least you are one step closer with your project.
