As someone who can spend hours in the kitchen working on recipes here in America I am so very jealous of the quality of food offered in Japan. They can buy ready made meals from a conbini better than any of the Japanese restaurants in my area. By comparison the food served in American convenience stores isn't even fit to feed to stray animals. I'm a truck driver and still eat that junk when I am hungry, but man we are so far behind the times. This was a wonderful journey. Thanks for taking us along Risa. You've certainly earned a sub from me. I hope to experience Japan before I'm too old to ski and still play hard in the mountains. Only time will tell but for now videos like this let me live it just a little bit. Thank you for a wonderful video.

It's not that the USA is behind the times, I think it's more that your legal system incentivices companies to produce the bare minimum that people buy out of desperation, instead of things that are actually appealing
Thank you for your nice energy and enthusiasm taking us for a trip with you. I send you positive energy back and look forward to joining you on more adventures.

Good video. Nice little.camper van. I like it. Happy New Year to your too. May your year be full of joy. Live confidently and peacefully.
I’m sorry, I’ve only just come across your channel. I really enjoyed this video, thank you. You are a genuine woman, not only beautiful from the physical side but even more on the inside, watching you in this video has made me feel well inside, thank you.
What a refreshing change Risa to see your first New Year's video of 2024 in a campervan in the snow of Sopporo and Otaru on Hokkaido. I liked the detail explaining all the features of the Toyota Hi Ace Camper. This is a good sized camper design. I enjoyed the snowy road scenes and the visit to the temple and the historical background. And what would life be without food! Interesting quick kimchi hot pot dish with cheese, just placed straight on the portable stove ... and what better way to enjoy it with a Sopporo Classic beer! also the breakfast dish which is similar to what we call Jaffles. Happy New Year to you and look forward to more road trips with you. 30 minutes is a good time length. Thank you and cheers 🍺
Hello Risa San, trying to catch up on your videos. Liked the campervan, it looked snug and warm for winter camping. Loved the Shrine, so beautiful and loved the traditional clothing. I hope that you are having a good New Year even though it is late. Health and happiness from the USA.
I have always wanted to do a trip like this, it looks fun!
