It worked pretty well for me the first try. I recently stopped their coconut leave-in after years because I discovered coconut oil actually destroys my hair and makes the frizziness worse. And I'm a white guy with wavy hair lol

This definitely sounds worth giving it a try! I finally took the plunge after hearing you and Bianca Renee praise Shea Moisture for as long as I’ve subscribed to both of you ladies’ channels, and bought a BUNCH of products at the end of 2017/start of this year. I pretty much got almost all I could get from the coconut hibiscus line. I’ve been loving almost everything (especially the curl enhancing smoothie!) except two products, one of them being the styling milk. I really wanted to love it as a leave in, but it ended up not working for me either on its own or LOC/layered with other products. It made my hair feel kinda rubbery and dry for some reason, so I’m definitely on the hunt for a new leave in.

RisasRizos Yes I love both of you guys’ channels so much! Had to finally listen to you guys about Shea Moisture, and I’m glad I did! :D. The conditioner and the smoothie are my top favorites! And the whole line smells so good! My only guess with the styling milk is maybe it’s kinda thick consistency didn’t work for my hair (either due to me being low porosity or more fine/medium texture). My sister has thicker, coarser and more type 4 hair than I do, so I’ll see if maybe it works for her, so it doesn’t go to waste.

I love your curls! You’re amazing! 😍 I have question! I deep condition when it’s my wash day so i deep condition first then wash out with shampoo and conditioner & then style is that the way to deep condition?

Brenda Salazar if you deep condition first and THEN shampoo it, you could be washing everything out and won’t really get the benefits of the added moisture. Try deep conditioning and just a simple rinse without shampoo and leave the clarifying for another day
