Each time we use one of these words, words like “talkative,” “quiet,” “active,” or “anxious,” to describe those around us, we are talking about a person’s personality-the characteristic ways that people differ from one another. Personality psychologists try to describe and understand these differences.

Sometimes it does happen that client already know the interpretation and in order to show him/her positive fills the questionaire which doesnt actually match his/her psychology. validity tu mutasir ho gai na phr is test sy be. This can happen in written response but such clients can be picked up by oral response.
