The Tibetan Empire, founded by the Yarlung dynasty in the 7th century, was a powerful state centered on the Tibetan Plateau.
Its most notable king, Songtsen Gampo, expanded the empire significantly, and his successors, like Trisong Detsen and Rapalchen, further extended its reach.
By the early 9th century, the empire controlled a vast area, stretching from the Tarim Basin to the Himalayas and into parts of modern China.

​@@man8708 Never , Nepal and Tibet had conflict and war in 18th century. that was attacked by tibet Nepal defence that attack and won. After that Nepal and Tibet had an agreement, where tibet has to pay taxes pay roll to Nepal. After few years tibet stopped to pay to nepal then nepal attacked them than tibet with the help of chinese mainland attacked to Nepal then Nepal china tibet had mutual agreement to stopped the war and stopped to payroll system
