I formed Nguyen dynasty and it took way to long. This was in a late game server so it was shorted since I had more money. Playing as Gambia means less cash and population so I can't build airport and I will have less money to support aircraft and forming African Union takes much longer than Nguyen dynasty so this will take too long. Sorry but no 🙅‍♂️
