Rise of the Hidden Holograms - ever since I was a wee lass, Star Wars has captivated me. There’s so much to love about this galaxy far, far away. A lot of hard work was put into this video, so I sincerely hope y’all enjoy!! Every piece from this video was already in my wardrobe, and most of it is thrifted or secondhand! Nothing new was purchased to make these galactic looks. Thank you so much for the support, and may the Force be with you! 💫🫶🌟

Luke Skywalker - A New Hope
* This look is based off of Luke’s everyday Tatooine wear, and for those days when you have to pick up power converters from Tosche Station. Although Luke never had blue hair, my cut is pretty similar to his so I kept it down. I used my graduation gown and tucked it into white shorts, along with a pair of light grey tights underneath. I sinched that with a brown belt and added a pair of galactic boots that are whiter than planet Hoth… which also resemble storm trooper boots.
Padme Amidala - Attack of the Clones
* This look is based off of Padme’s “grass scene” outfit where she and Anakin had perhaps thee most beautiful moment the galaxy has scene. Sadly I do not have much yellow in my wardrobe, let alone a yellow dress, so I Kelly-afied it with pink! Her hairstyle in this scene is truly stunning, and unfortunately I don’t have long enough hair to make two side buns, so I opted for a single bun in the back. To mimic her bun coverings, I used a moss green knit piece of fabric, and to incorporate pink tones I used a thrifted scarf and tied that around to secure the hairstyle. For the outfit’s base, I used my old homecoming dress which looks quite elegant, along with a lacey bralette ontop. To balance the green fabric, I wore these gorgeous thrifted beaded earrings which also have notes of pinky plum. To add homepage to the original yellow dress, I wore this thrifted pink and yellow toned skirt and finished it off with simple sandals.
Han Solo - A New Hope
* Although this was filmed at Solo’s home planet of Corellia, this look is based off of his most famous look from A New Hope. I’ve always joked that this top looks like Han’s shirt from the movie so of course I had to wear it, and on top of that I wore a thrifted black vest. his pants in the movie are a dark blue but these black jeans did the job nicely. For shoes I wore these thrifted shiny black boots and used an authentic fake Boba Fett blaster.
Ahsoka Tano - The Clones Wars Series, Season One
* Ever since I first saw Ahsoka on the big screen during The Clone Wars movie 15 some years ago, I knew she was destined for greatness. She quickly became my favorite character and role model, and I even had her season one outfit made into a Halloween costume! Most of the outfit, including the belt and wrist guard/gloves still fit so I had to tie those in. Luckily most of my wardrobe consists of her signature maroon color, so I wore a fitted tee along with a burnt orange skirt to add that classic Ahsoka orange. I wore a pair of riding boots that are as old as the Clone Wars series, along with a pair of tights. I kid you not, I do have an Ahsoka head-tail head piece but my head has grown into a bobble head, so it sadly doesn’t fit - instead I braided my hair which happens to be blue, and added a necklace to mimic her Padawan beads. To tie in the white markings of the Togruta people, I wore a pair of white earrings that also adds a 70s flair.
Kylo Ren - The Force Awakens
* This dark and dangerous look is based off of Kylo’s main look, well his only look, throughout the third trilogy, but this was filmed on the planet of Takodana where he first battled Rey. My sister so generously lended me a long black cape, black hoodie, and black skirt to mimic his dark silhouette. Under that I wore a thrifted black turtle neck and black belt, along with Han Solo’s thrifted black boots. Kylo doesn’t have bangs, at least not that we’ve seen, so I tried my best to mimic his gorgeous flow.
