You can make the armor be able to fit any size. You either need to make it yourself or get it customized for you and then make some adjustments. It probably would not be too much more expensive.

@@MindfulMaterialism Still, if you are too short or too chubby, even if you cistomize your armor to fit you properly. You will still look weird and nothing like a clone, since you can't see a fat clone in star wars. That's why I had to loose weight to perfectly fit into my stormtrooper armor. Now it fits well and I look like an average stormtrooper instead of a fat guy.

Hate Commenter a standard Kevlar vest weighs 20 pounds, and that’s only covering ur chest and ur back, ur stomachs has limited protection, now make that a full body suit and that’ll hit at least over 60 pounds, now the soldier has to carry basic supplies (rations, water, ammo, his rifle) on average a soldiers bag weight close to 80 pounds (without the Kevlar vest) that adds up to be at least 140 pounds, not to mention the fact that Kevlar isn’t exactly flexible so mobility is limited and it’s heavy. It’s not practical at all

Here are all the proper armour terms for anyone that's curious: 0) Undersuit = Arming Garments 1) Thigh Armour = Cuisse 2) Knee = Knee Cop 3) Shin Armour = Greave 4) Shoes = Sabatons 5) Abdomen Armour = Plackart, but keep in mind this is not what a plackart really is, it's just the closest thing I can call it. In reality these would be faulds, but they're designed nothing like them. 6) Crotch Protection = Cod Piece 6.5) So now that a kama is coming in to play, I guess we can consider these faulds of some kind, although it's more accurate to being standards if anything. 7) Belt = Belt, can be used for distributing weight when wearing chainmail. 8) Neck Seal = Can be considered a Gorget, but it's not armoured enough. 9) Chest Armour = Breast plate Now the arms. So from shoulder, we have: 10) Shoulder = Spaulder 11) Bicep Armour = Rerer Brace 12) Forearm Guard = Vambrace 13) Elbows = Elbow Cops 14) Gloves = There really isn't a name for this kind of armour (at least none that I know) so the best I've got is just dorsal armour 15) Helmet = Helmet. What, did you think the helmet had a special name too? In my personal opinion, the Clone Trooper Phase 2 armour is really cool and realistically functional too. Honestly, I can't find much fault with it except for the fact that bending forwards is an issue since plate armour from the past allows a pretty good crunch. So I'd try to make that Plackart-like piece more flexible or just remove it entirely. So for an intense warzone like scenario, it looks comfortable, protective and very flexible to boot. All in all, this armour's awesome. *Fabled triple kiss* Ah! (And yes, clones are cooler, but Stormtroopers still come a close second.)

This was my first build ever aswell. Just inform yourself how to do it. Contact your local 501st Legion garrison and ask if someone who has already build a realistic clone armor could help you out. I definitly recommend to get some kind of teacher for this stuff.
