Rise of the Ronin Tips & Tricks. (Look in the Description as well for updated information.)

Rise of the Ronin other tips.
1. Each animal type drops different items generally. You can chase rabits on foot but squirrels you'll generally need the horse. Birds you'll need to sneak up behind them.
2. The other players avatars should be pickpocketed prior to being killed. If the avatars are on horseback you can't pickpocket them. Attack the horse and run away until the avatar leaves combat and starts walking away. Doing this allows you to pickpocket the avatar prior to killing them. You can get into the stance with the advantage before attacking avatars by aiming a sub weapon at them and changing stances if needed.
3. If you're low on health and out of healing in the world, such as in a Public Order event. Leaving the boundaries of the event(leaving combat basically) will allow you to regain your hp because of the skill Auto Life Recovery. After regaining your HP, you can return to combat where you left off. Don't go too far out of the combat area though it might reset the event but don't personally know.
4. Be mindful of using the level filters with the storage at the longhouse. If you set high minimum level filters it won't let you store anything below that level. The filters also don't automatically reset and must be manually reset.
5. If your wanted level turns red hide and wait it out. Fighting is pointless unless you want to see how long you'll survive. The enemies don't drop anything and they get stronger with each wave. I'm not sure if you even get experience, if you do it's negligible.
6. Instead of using your iron to craft bullets and the like, buy the supply the merchant sells at the end of main missions with silver. The iron is better used for upgrading gear.

Thank you,I was wondering why I didn't get anything when pickpocketing,was aiming the wrong NPCS.

Glad I could help. I also found out from the comments of another video we both watched that you can pickpocket the player avatars. I personally haven't tested it yet.

Any videos on what to look out for to better counterspark?

No counterspark videos. I found it to be mostly about timing. Right before the enemy hits you. The problem I had was it was inconsistent. Counterspark definitely needs tweaking.

@@jrco666@ jrco666 I figured out what to look for when trying to counterspark. The red flash is the warning, but then there is a white flash just after the red flash, and that's when you want to hit the triangle. It really opened it up for me. Regarding the regular attacks, it's just knowing their combos and dodging.

@@ppixxxels4159 I honestly never noticed. I did struggle at times with timing though, especially with the slow attackers. Seems you helped yourself, hope you can enjoy the game more now.
