The original Task Force was "epic". Now this is not only epic, it is *beautiful*. It builds up wonderfully and ends in awesome, overwhelming power. It does not excessively deviate from the original but it does manage to bring in the remaker's own originality. The choir voices are my favorites of all the sounds used here. The kick and snare drums are outstanding and the pan flutes give it a nice touch, too: I especially love them at 3:12, mixed with the bass line. My favorite part is when the lead guitar kicks in at 7:42. Even the tiny dissonant bits, while they sound somewhat confusing at first, soon contribute to make you reflect on all the chaotic emotions of the impending doom brought forth by the Task Force. All in all you can almost imagine innocent civilians fleeing for their lives, wondering if anyone will be coming to save them: and you, running and shooting your way through all of Oscuro's thugs, know that you must not fail them. You're down to your last rounds and your entire body is begging for mercy, but you have no choice: you have to keep fighting. Outstanding work, Luke, this really blew me away. This is what I meant by "don't be shy to do your own thing". ;)

Omg, I have to rewrite this thanks to auto play, lol. Well thanks man I'm glad you liked it, I like your detailed feedback. Yeah I'm happy how it turned out. I think it was important to keep the feeling it had which is like you said impending doom mixed with sadness, but then theres the part which in the build up is like the character has a chance to shine and all can be saved. I tried to not do anything crazy especially in the mono key parts otherwise it loses its flow, I saved that for the build up, and did my own thing with the melody in the second build up also the fact that the song has the same flow through out most of it makes the build up even more intense I think. and i made 2 choir tracks doing there own thing i thought it needed something like that well I'm glad you asked me to write it now, cause I like it lol.

I hate to say this, but I think BeyondTagusLynx's comment says it all and says it _best_. This *really* does an amazing job of capturing and _enhancing_ the original!

because im an idiot lol i didnt uncheck the default upload option. because i use the free website version, i cant really upload anything else to my website. ive almost abondened it. but i did allow it just now to be downloaded. also i have what i think is a cleaner version of the song if you give me your email i can send it to you
