This animation is really good even if you don't play League, there is a TON of references in this video you wouldn't even imagine, so it's another level experience when you play League and you're up to date with the championships. The characters in this video are actually pro players and the main character it was the last year worlds champion, the video basically shows the hard path this player took to reach the top. It really gave me goosebumps when I saw it in the first time, it is really insane. Hugs from Brazil, love your videos. (My english is not that good, sorry about that C: )

Like always, love your reacts. Fun fact: All of the characters of this animation are pro players of league of legends in the form of his main champions. I'm a brazilian guy, whatching you from Brazil, and I thank you so much for this react. For your reacts I recommend the lore cinematics.

So here is a summary for you. The main character is SSG Ambition, the 2017 World Champion. His signature picks were Kha Zix, Sejuani and Jarvan, hence the weapons. The video symbolizes his journey through the world cup 2017. FIrst of, he fights against G2 Perkz/Yasuo, showing how they beat G2 to advance from their group. Afterwards, he fights against the best ADC in the world, RNG Uzi, on his Vayne. We see Ambition taking two hits because RNG beat them twice in group stage, but in the end he escapes, showing how they still managed to get out of groups. On his way to the top, he walks past all the other SSG World Championship skins as statues, before reaching the top. There, statues of all world champions are shown: Fnatic, Taipai Assasins, SKT and SSG/SSW, but SSW's statue isnt illuminated, showing that the team has dissolved. In a recreation of their matchup from Match 2 of the worlds Final, he beats Faker, reilluminating SSW's statue and changing the logo to Gen.G. In the last bit of the video, we see RNG Uzi revive/wake up, meaning he has recovered from his undeserved loss from 2017 and is ready to get the crown that he deserves. I've seen someone else mention this but wanted to explain it in detail.

I'm a little late to catching this video, but just as some background information, the people in the video are modeled after pro players from different teams as the personas of some of the characters they are famous for playing as. The main character is modeled after Ambition, a player from Korea who has been playing professionally almost since the game released. He'd always gotten close to the title, but failed until 2018, when he finally won. The first duel, the guy with the sword is a player named Perkz, from EU. He had some really stand-out performances with that character. The second duel, the player with the hand crossbow is a player named Uzi from China. He's taken the persona of a character named Vayne (who is female in the game). He's VERY well known for being the best player in the world on that particular character. The last duel is against none other than the best to ever play the game - SK Telecom's Faker. He is simply referred to by other players as "God" often times. He's won more world championships than any other player, has most of the game's records statistically. He has so many outplay montages that it would take you a solid day to watch them all, maybe more. He's personified as a character named Ryze (works well with the title of the song I guess). He's known for doing nearly impossible things with most characters, but Ryze was one of his best. There is a lot of history in League of Legends eSports, so many rivalries, redemption stories, hype moments. Riot Games has done amazing things for the legitimization of eSports as a respectable industry. The players are paid very well, both in salary and with sponsorship deals (some more than others, obviously). They've become the standard for how you're supposed to handle games as sports. This whole video was a love letter to the fans who have been watching those players since the game blew up, back when a lot of them were still living in their parents' basements, playing 12 hours a day and chugging Mountain Dew. If stuff like this is interesting to you, I recommend checking out some of the games being broadcast live on Twitch. It's a really "football stadium" feel to it.

The guy in the hood is Ambition, he play the role as a jungler in team SSG. He has a past that he lose in the competition. i dont know which seasons, I haven't watched the competition for so long. But now he retaliate and fight for his goals and won against the undefeated team known as SKT. This video is about his journey climbing to the top of the mountain. You see at the end of video where the people are looking and climbing at the top of the mountain. They are doing the samething as ambition does. Climbing and rising to the top.

In case you didn't know, all the fighters shown in this video are actually LOL players, previous champions, reigning champions etc. The main dude is Ambition, He was 2018 champion. The fingertip-arrow guy was Uzi. The final mage was skt1 Faker. He was champion for 3 consecutive years. There are others as well but I don't recall all.

I know their is other comments explaining this, but another little detail i loved here that represents what everyone has told you how these are professional players and the main character here is part of the team that won worlds last year, if u noticed in the last area he reaches or the “peak” all those priest looking statues had a small circle they were holding which had the logos of each of the teams that have won wolrd championships before, u can faintly see the logos glowing if u pause it there, and at the end when main character defeats the last guy (Faker) when his scarf flies away and his teams logo is revealed on his back, u can see a statue in front of him with an empty circle which then engraves his teams logo onto the statue symbolizing that they finally made it to the top, and to be known as part of the “hall of kings” if you would. This music video tells the story of the 2017 Worlds Tournament, where the best teams compete. The main focus is on the Samsung Gaming (SSG for short) team's member Ambition. In the intro, he is having ptsd flashbacks of the 2016 tournament, then grabs weapons related to three characters that he plays; Kha'Zix, Sejuani, and Jarvan IV. First, he comes up against Perkz of G2 Esports, defeating him using Kha'Zix. Moving upwards, he comes up against the player known as the best marksman player in the game; Uzi of Royal Never Give Up (RNG for short). After taking two losses to RNG (signified by the two bolts that hit him), his team escapes from that round, with another team dealing the finishing blow to them. At the very top is the player that is referred to as the 'demon king' of League; Faker of SK Telecom 1, who beat Ambition in 2016. Amazingly, Ambition beat Faker, laying his own demons to rest, and claiming victory in the 2017 Worlds for SSG.

I’m not a huge fan of the game itself, mostly due to the community that surrounds it, but the lore and the stories behind all the characters have become an addiction of mine. I’m very glad you have decided to embraced the LoL fandom, it is a fantastic place, but I’d suggest you refrain from joining the community while your mind is still in one piece. this video aswell aas many other league videos, got releaased to promote the current yeaars world championship of league of legends. In this video it shows aat the start aa bunch of ingame weapons, which is a methaphor for the champions the palyer choose to compete in the games with. there are also many flags swinging, which show the different competing teams which made it to the round of 16. then the main charaacter is the player ambition from the team samsung galaxy. this team was on a big march and a secret tip to win the worlds in the year. and the video shows the rise/ progress the whole team (presentated by a single player in the video) aka ambition had to climb all the way to the top in this championship. the 2 first guys he waas fighting were player representing the accual enemy teams they battled in real. And the last guy with red jacket counts as the world best player atleaast he did at the moment the video was released. and so they showed the battle of these two in the video to maake sure ambition and his team can even claim the title to become the world best team. the statues you guys called the gods, aare the summenors methaphor for real life player which dedicate as much as possible to become the best(so these are any kind of palyer) and the statues in the video wear symbols on there chest, which are the team logos of the past year championship winner. and when ambition reached the top of the mountain and won each battle the plain statue took his team logo to show they are now part of the victorious ones. also throughout the whole video, you caan see shadowish figures in the background, which show ingame characters which got an skin every year, every year one crowd favoured champ gets an victorious skin to get the hype going, and you can fin each of them hiddin in the whole vidseo if you look closely. 2:15 kalistaa top left shadow girl 2:57 thresh top right 4:03 Zed guy in the back
