I am aligned with the people of Standing Rock. We are one "tribe" the tribe of Mother Earth. Damn the "rich people" and their greed. We're not just a community, we are the new society. Recognize and include us are be prepared to be pushed to the fringes. *WE RISE!*

the problem is that poor people do the rich peoples dirty job cause they want to support their own families instead of to relate to other poor human beings in need and keep together and don´t accept bullshit from those rich greedy companies. And the police should just go home or protect the water as well, those stupid brainwashed bastards.

This isn't getting the coverage that it deserves. There must come a time when we say enough is enough we cannot continue treating the planet that way we do we have already passed a crucial point in greenhouse gases that we will not be able to recover from this the only home we have this is the only home our children will have. I believe we take care of mother nature then she will be able to take care of us. We have become so selfish and self-centered that if it isn't happening to us then it must not be happening we have to take care of each other and our planet we can't drink oil and I have seen and heard of other native Americans who have to drink from these wells that are contaminated throughout South West

I never saw this side of the community. I wasn't there long enough, but I saw what happened to the Treaty Camp. That wasn't such a pretty picture but the strength of the resistance in the face of that brutality had a different sort of beauty.

Commenting on your description of the video: Oceti sakowin is a camp not a community, just a makeshift campground with no services (running water, garbage collection, sewage, cell phone service, or roads). Their water was not under threat since their water intake was moved 75 miles away (actually planned since 2002 and completed before DAPL was). DAPL is not on their land as my video shows: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKvIqqNshNZ0hZY . The treaty that covers this area is The Agreement of 1877: digital.library.okstate.edu/kappler/Vol1/HTML_files/SES0168.html#art9 (be sure to read Article 1).Commenting on the video: Where she talks about Flint, Mich, this is nothing like Flint! While Flint is a water contamination problem, it is not by oil. Chase Iron Eyes would be a good politician cause he can lie like the best of them and he likes to hear himself speak. There was no need for money in any form in the camp it was needed to supply the camp. The protestors actually INCREASED the demand for oil in this area! They drove everywhere, heated their tents with propane, and used tons of synthetic fibers (tents, clothes, plastics) which comes from oil. A good source of information about the history of what led up to this protest comes from Judge Boasberg's decision on the failed injunction the tribe filed in July 2016 (which also lost on appeal): www.scribd.com/document/323471522/Dakota-Access-Order . Another thing to note is Judge Boasberg is an Obama appointee and very much wanted to side with them but couldn't because it would have been overturned which is bad for a judge at that level. These protestors are criminals and should ALL be arrested.

If you think standing rock issue is about a pipeline, then you have been fooled. This is far more deeper than just a pipeline. the truth is that area or area's that my brothers live on, called reservations are in fact rich in minerals and other resources, some say these areas may contain up to 40% o the resources still untouched. The issue surrounding the alleged pipeline is bogus, it's not about oil. but uranium. the biggest deposits of uranium ore is on these lands, and this is the truth, uranium sells for far more than oil. the US government has sold your land to a russian company to mine this resource, something i find strange seeing has though america has asked the rest of the world to place sanctions on russia not to trade yet they sold native lands to russia, via the clintons. If I were you i would dig deeper into what i have brought here you will find it will stand, pardon the pun. the blacks hills have one of the richest deposits of uranium that is used for nuclear reactors and weapons. please insure this message gets to those it concerns.
