But the point is that this pipeline will destroy the environment and rob the Sioux of any rights they have left. +badlandskid I know you're trying to make fun but I agree. I don't like seeing animals being exploited, especially violently. I don't want anybody to get hurt but I know we have to defend our water.

+Neoteric Phoenix There are dozens of pipe lines that cross this river and its tributaries. They pose more risk than this one does to 'your' water. No, I think there is a larger political component behind the actions of those who organized this lawlessness.

I saw one of the dogs bite one of the horses. That yellow shepherd is emaciated and probably abused. I am sure this contractor hired some shitass private security contracting firm. These weren't police.

These were most definitely not police. I don't know who those so-called security people were but they made a bad situation worse.

I noticed that (emaciated shepherd) too. Makes me absolutely ill. I wish I knew who these "security" people are. The woman had no control over her dog, & the rest of them put their dogs in danger, especially around the horses. And of course allowing a dog to go after a horse or a child..........UFB.

Thank you, Amy Goodman. the company and govt said these people were violent. The violence I saw was bulldozing their sacred sites on a holiday weekend with no warning or permission by ANYONE, (because sacred sites and artifacts were found on that land on Friday, the the people with the bulldozers wanted/were ordered to erase the evidence!) and the macing and attacking people with dogs. This video proves that. Thank you for being on the front lines with them
