No. I don’t agree. Don’t mix the two. Thiruvempavai is solely for Siva, while Thiruppavai is solely for Bakthi towards Krishna. By glorifying Krishna, one can extent his knowledge by reading Bagavad Gita and other Vedic knowledge.
