Would love it if Dynamic Herb Cebu would have a stadium bigger than Camp Nou in Spain, Wembley Stadium in England and Rungrado Stadium in North Korea. But let's face it, this is far from reality even if we have enough money... It would be a waste to build a stadium like that because there's very few football fan in the Philippines. Sure we might get the highest attendance but that's only in the grand opening. We're like Lithuania of Asia. Lithuania and the Philippines are both Basketball country were as the neighbouring countries like Malaysia and Indonesia are football countries. If this happen, this should be also be the home of the men's and women's national team.

That's all for grandstanding of our politicians. That 150,000-seater stadium can't be possible in Cebu unless it is used as an event venue for religious sects such as Philippine Arena by Iglesia ni Cristo and Davao's King Dome of Quiboloy. Cebu is mainly Roman Catholic and very few population adherents to INC and much less to KJC. The Philippine Arena is actually planned to be the venue for NIC's huge religious gatherings for all its members so is King Dome. They were not planned primarily to hold sports or musical events. If that 150K-seater arena is built in Cebu, it will be a big loss to the operator due to the absence of regular religious events of KJC as it has very few followers in Cebu. I think the Philippine is enough with Philippine Arena and King Dome. Let Quiboloy and Rama talk about their nonsense stories to themselves. Let them dream until they get intoxicated with it.:-)

Bukod sa pinakamalaking stadium sa mundo, first ever magkakaroon din tayong super laking stadium like other countries, hindi man tayo mahilig sa football or soccer kahit papaano mapapakinabangan parin naman ito eh, in the future kapag sumikat ang football sa atin like basketball magagamit natin ito at least meron na tayo at may maipagmamalaki. This is merely my viewpoint. Why would they prioritize it while Cebu City itself is still filthy, overcrowded, home to many illegal settlers, awful traffic, too poor, and filled with homeless people camped out in parks, etc.? Instead of prioritizing it only to brag that something has been done of a given politician's tenure, building a large stadium that would cost millions or billions of dollars may be used for excellent infrastructure in the city itself and aiding the poor and settlers in the slum areas is a blessing.

Magdulot lang yan ng heavy traffic pag magkaroon ng event. Sa kasalukuyang status ng mga daan sa cebu city d kaya ang 150,000 ka tao na sabay sabay uuwi. Experience ko na yan nun idinaos sa Cebu ang Eucharistic year. Flight ko 8pm, umalis ako ng 4pm from talisay to mactan airport. Sa subrang traffic 1/4 palang ng byahe ko 8pm na, miss ko na talaga ang flight ko so nag uturn na kami. Nakarating kami sa bahay 12 midnight na.

Hindi viable ang magtayo ng arena na may 150 k seating capacity sa cebu city mas lalo pa sa area na nabanggit . Maging white elephant lang yan kung gobyerno ang magpatayo, tulad ng nangyari sa centennial sports compkex na pinatayo ni Ramos at yung pinqtayo noong seag2019 dahil sa kawalan ng malalaking sporting event sa mga lugar na nabanggit. Malayo dahil ang mga eto sa mm. Mahorap punuin ang ganoon kalaking venue sa cebu dahil mas kukonti ang tao sa cebu compara sa mm. Philippine arena ay napaligiran ng mga exit points subalit nagkaroon pa ng problema kapag may concert doon ( hindi kasama ang event ng INC dahil milypn ang pumupunta) mas ang sa cebu na nasa tabing dagat. . Malugi lang ang private entity na magpagawa ng ganoon ka laking venue .
