One of the most underrated albums ever & I hope it stays that way. Truly makes it a hidden treasure

To me emo was never a phase. The clothes and hair may have changed but my playlist hasn't changed. Still stuck in 1998 to 2012. So many great/unknown artists between them times for the genre. I still remember it like yesterday spending hours on MySpace music discovering new unsigned artists to show to friends.

I’m glad I’m listening to this again after my high school days. It’s been a while. Definitely one of the greatest vocalists I’ve heard in post hardcore. So much emotions, so much strength.. You can feel chills when he sings. Sounds your body discombobulating to when you hear it. This is quality music.

There is only one Jonny craig. Cherrish him. Truly gifted. Puts his soul into his performances. So much shit in this world.. he makes life a bit more bareable.

I'm so happy i got to see Emarosa live literally weeks before Jonny got kicked out. It was an experience. Meet Jonny at that show also, he's a genuine guy. His friend told him to sign my friend's shirt "fuck you" but Jonny was like "nah, that'll just ruin the shirt". He's really not a dick like everyone perceives him
@xapriliztheshizzlex2 жыл бұрын
He's nice to his fans, it's different when you're spending years with him and his triggers (problems and women). I saw him on Valentines Day the first time I saw him, I swear I wanted to cry when I heard "TAILORED SHEETS" live oof love the sinner, hate the sin.

"broken vs the way we were born". We are born with this immense innocence and the world tears it away from us, we become broken and at some point realize we were once this immense innocence. Emarosa aside from Jonny are christians, so, according to them specifically its about what the bible writes as well(but i don't know about any of that stuff).

yes, that is so well put, getting stuck on results, letting their means be an end when, a means should just be a means without end. Why are we doing what we are doing. Thank you for reminding me. Although i wrote that just 4 days ago, it feels like months, truly, these days lately, there is so much going on in them for me, my perception through time has increased. Thank you again.

That's really ironic because I remember back when this album came out Jonny (at least seemingly, but I'd say definitely) drunk in like every interview and always had.a beer in hand for those live acoustic renditions they'd play during Warped Tour lol.

its pretty simple really. realize what you were when you were a child, as in, sit around, no one else, no outside 'stimulation' calm yourself down and look back on your past, grab a hold of what you were before all this condition and programming imposed upon you and then once you start to remember what you are, you can move forward and UNDERSTAND why people and things are they way they are, without being angry/upset/or confused about why, and then you stop projection duality onto everything.
