I listened to Circa Survive all the time with my dad growing up. We'd listen to it and chat when my dad drove me to and from school and their music has always brought back so much childhood nostalgia from that time. Hiatus or breakup, I hope the best for each of the members of the band.

Hey man, I been there and done it. If you don't mind me asking, what drug are you struggling with. You'd be surprised how easy it is these days to transition on some kind of maintenence program until you get on your feet, cheap too. You can easily be struggling one day and on the up and up the next. Sometimes you just need to pop out on the other side to take a few deep breaths and remember what it's like to be off that constantly spinning rat wheel.

on first listen to this record, it seems there's much of circa that's lost in this sort of stylistic shift. But every time I revisit this album, I find more and more hints of what used to be. Hearing these songs mixed this way brings a lot of it out. Circa forever!!
