Society isn't as bad as it seems. Countless of times due to my airhead personality, i forget alot and often depend on random people. For example: Asking a stranger for ticket or change since i forgot my wallet for the bus. There are many good people out there, Colton must be what's left. LOL

I've listened to almost the entire record, and I have to say, these are the most honest/straight-forward lyrics I've ever heard. Normally, bands try to be cryptic and overly poetic when calling someone out in a song, but Memphis May Fire isn't doing that. And I love that. These guys are going to completely blow up here in a few months into a dominant force in this genre. One of the best signings by Rise Records, if not the best.

Yeah, I mean, I understand the frustration with the fact that they've been inching more toward rock territory but even as far as rock goes, they're still top-notch and I totally dig the new stuff. I'm not saying I don't miss this sound from them (I do) but I get that they don't want to have to always play the same sound every album.

Listened to this album a few times now, and with the direction they went i think its one of those times where when they were writing these songs, they knew it would either make or break them. I could be wrong, but with every song having such a forward message, it would have almost looked like a gamble for rise to get behind this release. As always, these guys killed it, and its going to be a very memorable release for a lot of people.

If you do not like this song then you are entitled to your likes and dislikes but don't go slandering the song just because you disagree. Same goes for artist. I understand you get defensive when someone talks about your favorite band but stooping down and making fun of Justin Bieber or 1D or any artist for that matter doesn't make you look any better. Artists are just trying to make music for people to enjoy. If you don't like it, find something of your taste. Don't sit there and bash it because it's not your taste. Seeing your comment only makes you look like a hate monger.

its a shame the word choice makes this all sound so cheesy and middle-schoolerish; maximum edge. guitar work on this album still tied with self-titled for best though

I think the reason people hate on something like this song is because they don't know the first thing about what it is about having to work to EARN something for themselves. They are handed everything and have no appreciation for anything. I think kids/adults like that need to have all of that taken away so they can see how hard it is to actually earn something! EXCELLENT SONG btw! Love this album.

Apon going To warped- ask Matty about his new album and what inspired him. Man he is right, can't anybody see the lives that's a saved through words of expression? Most of his fans maybe 4-5 years younger, but they knew as teenagers, that we all go through the same shit. They make us feel not alone.
