The Beatles were more than a band...they were a spiritual force...they opened up the minds, hearts and soul of a generation...there music was about hope, peace and love. They were in contact with divinity through the music and there talent...the fact we are still celebrating there achievements and remembering there impact, says a lot. It will still be the case in 100 years and more. The greatest artists of all time.x

@@rosemarie999 I don’t get your point?...I don’t think you do either?...I didn’t say they weren’t human😂...you can shag around...do drugs...drink...do whatever...and still not be spiritual. The flip side to that, is that you can also do all of the above and be spiritual. It’s imbued in there music. Love was there philosophy like no other band in history and that in itself is spiritual. The body is in “constant conflict” with the flesh...nothing new in that...so your understanding or perception of what I believe the Beatles were is different to mine.🎼🙏👌.x

naah, art is spiritual, soul of body and substance, art has impact and is already famous, human mind is just a way to express it..meditation gave them the necessary force to express it. Dont make artist bigger than art.

@@citizenrushnews8538 Chill out. It’s a democracy and I will say and think what I like. That’s point number one. The last person to say “don’t” to me was my teacher and I didn’t have much time for school either. Secondly I stand by every word I have said. The Beatles were intuitively expressing these things way before they encountered meditation. Also if meditation per say was a precursor for amy talent, then everyone that partakes in it would be talented. The fact is there giftedness was always there. There’s no musical act since time memorial that has had there world wide impact. Thirdly everything is subjective so therefore I disagree with your point. . We can at least agree on the brilliance of The Beatles!!🙏♥️. Peace out.x

In fact for a curious foreigner , it is reasonable to observe and have own judgment about the new place that visiting. From my own experiences it wasn't that spiritual significance impressed me the most by the way to there around the mountain hill. It was the impressiveness of nature and the human activities and respect to nature that impressed me. As a non religious person I have little to say about the spiritual aspect of the city. Yet from the town alone I see the prosperity and resourcefulness of the nation: earth minerals, spices, high quality manufacturing, and many more. Whatever the way through which the city rose to fame and popularity, I am confident to say it is worth visiting.

The Beatles didn't even make such good songs. Why the hype? When I listen to music, I expect harmony, rhythm, and soul-soothing quality which I have not found in most of the songs by The Beatles. I get it, these songs are good to sing along but I just don't love listening to them. Whereas there is Pink Floyd, LZ, etc these songs just sweep me off my feet, and boom every time I listen to this music, I have tears rolling down, goosebumps or euphoria. Maybe instead of worrying about monkeys, mosquitoes, or their canned beans, they should have embraced the wholeness of the supreme. This would have elevated their music to the next level. Now coming to Sue Perkins, my dear, you are entitled to your opinions and this is a free country (now that you folks are out of here). It baffles me how ignorant some people can be and top it up with arrogance, that's you. You keep talking like this and 30 years down the lane, you'll be the old lady in Mr. Bean living with your three cats.
