So refreshing to see a leader of a Western nation engage in such a complicated tech discussion through simply terminology that a lay person is also able to absorb the gist of it - I particularly liked his acknowledgment as a policy maker of concerns of parents who worry about their children's career future and how there may be a future very soon with the oncoming AI where a person has no drive to work, no purpose to achieve anymore. Rishi Sunak clearly has a good grasp of the tech industry along with both the threats and opportunities posed by AI. He came across incredibly well and like others have said, seeing how our political leaders perform in different roles gives us a much broader insight into who they are and the skills they possess.
