But, CAA is proposed to deal with the outside(refugee) problems outside India for foreign neighbours. This is how he tends to mislead common people. We can't become so emotional as well. Every thing has a logic. During the cut off period the applicants have to prove they are not malignant but will be constructive citizens of Bharat. They will be under some sort of observation.
