Inspired by the message in this talk that, rather than weakening us, to acknowledge and hold the more vulnerable, angry, conditioned or fearful parts of ourselves in our experience of leadership as women allows us to tap into our full power. Authenticity is wholeness, and being whole makes us powerful. In a culture that sanctions fragmentation and disconnection, I think we all urgently need what Joey stands for: the reality of connected power underwritten by a life-giving and life-nurturing wisdom. Both men and women can know it and stand for it.

I love this talk! Honest, vunerable and open speaking, with genuine humble power! It is time to walk the good road in the moccasin tracks of the women! It is time to bring forward our fierce love for the world and all those in it.. It is time, while the future of our planet hangs in the balance to heed our authentic internal voices, both of not being good enough and of knowing our true power, to rise together and to share our wisom.
