No. Females cannot have XY chromosomes. Only males do. However, an extremely small percentage of males have Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS). This can be "complete" (CAIS), or it can be partial (PAIS). Particularly in PAIS male traits are undeniably still present. Not as obvious in CAIS, but "complete" is not actually complete. The confusion is because these biological males have natural feminine/female characteristics. However, characteristics do no maketh the female. Just as a male wearing makeup and high heels may exhibit female characteristics, but that does not equal female. Neither does underdeveloped male genitalia equal female. It just means not fully-developed male. Still male to be sure, just not fully-developed is all. So what is going on with these XY competitors in female Olympics is that literal not-fully-developed-males are competing against literal full-females. That is, unless those 2 XYs meet for the championship; in which case the match would be between 2 not-fully-developed-males, and the gold and silver medals for women's boxing will go to 2 not-fully-developed-males, and no females.
