ex hands actually goes further by a smidge now, making it fall out less at max range, the extra frame of advantage on hit on stand short lets you cancel into medium hail, scoring you a meterless knockdown from one of her best buttons that covers both knockdowns, jump hk and crouch mk are half way reverted nerfs that make her base stronger which is welcome, ex silver edge is now fully projectile invincible which prevents getting hit out of it while having done a correct read on a fireball. her problem matchups also got easier

Two buffs that the additional frame of hit stun on 5LK are that she is now able to combo it into hail, and she can now LK VT2 activate 5MP which is a great confirm

VT1 Kolin and VT2 Kolin aren't even the same character. They should change her VT1 to be similar to VT2 with a small tweak similar to how the Necalli VTs are set up. No one is going to use VT1 otherwise.

Kolin is a sleeper top tier, in my opinion. She has all the tools to win. If I were balancing her, I would knock her health and stun to 950 due to the fact that she has excellent defensive options.
